Topic 1: Evaluation of Ultra Wide Band indoor positioning solutions

Modern ultra wide band wireless modules allow a very precise wireless positioning.

The purpose of this project is to develop and optimize indoor positioning systems based on UWB modules, inertial sensors and STM32 microcontrollers.

Topic 2: Evaluation of radar-based environment detection system

It is possible to use highly integrated radar systems to detect and recognize the environment of a moving object.

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the use of modern radar systems and STM32 microcontrollers for the environment detection of moving objects.

Topic 3: Evaluation of low power secure wireless communication solutions

Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) technologies such as LoRa allow the realization of long-range communication between devices and are optimized for low-power consumption.

The purpose of this project is to design and develop an application based on STM32 microcontroller and LPWAN wireless technologies to improve the range of an existing wireless system and secure the wireless communication.

Topic 4: Artificial Intelligence on embedded modules

Software modules based on Deep Learning or other technologies may be used for example voice control or environment detection.

The purpose of this project is to develop AI modules on Embedded Linux modules or microcontrollers for device control and environment detection purposes.
